Special Orders






Contact Us


Most of our products (excluding special orders) will ship within 24 hours Monday thru Friday and most Saturdays. We do not ship on Sundays or Holidays. *Please view special order shipping policies in the section below.

United States shipping:

U.S. customers will normally be provided with these shipping options (not necessarily in the order given below):

1) USPS First Class postage may be offered if the item weighs under 13 ounces and is of regular size.

2) USPS Media Mail (book rate) shipping may be offered with cost based on package weight. Media mail is the least expensive option but please be advised that depending on where you live, media mail can sometimes take up to 2 weeks to arrive, longer to Hawaii or certain US territories.

3) USPS 2 to 3 day Priority Shipping will be offered anywhere in the United States for a flat fee. This is a fast and economical means of delivery.

Shipping to the Rest of the World:

We will ship anywhere in the world. You will find shipping charges to your country after you place your item(s) in your shopping cart and specify a destination.

1) USPS Priority Mail International. Canada and Mexico quotes a 4 to 10 day arrival time. The rest of the world quotes a 7 to 21 day arrival time.

2) USPS First Class International postage may be offered if the item weighs under 4 pounds and is of regular size. NOTE: USPS First Class International may take up to 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.

We will be happy to combine shipping charges on multiple items purchased. The combined discount should be reflected in your shopping cart. If they are not, please e-mail us at shipping@factoryrepairmanuals.com so that we can make those changes for you.

Special Orders

For your convenience, we offer some hard to find but popular items as special orders. In this case, we will need an additional 7 to 14 days to fulfill your order. The 7 to 14 days is in addition to the quote shipping time. In some rare cases, depending on publisher availability, this additional time could stretch out even further.

If our warehouse has not received your order within 14 days, you will be notified as to a new estimated time of fulfillment. If this is the case, and as a courtesy to you, your order will be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail shipment.

In very rare cases, your item may become unavailable from the publisher during the order process. When this happens we will offer a 10% discount on your next order in addition to a 100% refund on your purchase of that item.


We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through our secure web site.

PayPal is also offered for your convenience.

If you prefer, we also accept your personal check or money order. We will hold your order for 10 days before releasing it back to the store. Please send payment to:

We understand that orders can be made by mistake. You may cancel an order before it has shipped for a 100% refund on your purchase price. Please e-mail us at service@factoryrepairmanuals.com with your cancellation request.

If your order has already shipped it will be treated as a return and handled according to paragraph three under “Returns”.


Your total satisfaction is very important to us. If you question whether a particular book is right for your needs, please e-mail us at service@factoryrepairmanuals.com.

Returns are gladly excepted if item is not as portrayed in the description. Under these circumstances we will refund 100% of your purchase price.

We understand that mistakes happen. For this reason if you have made a mistake in your purchase we will accept your return as well. There will be a 10% restocking fee if item is returned for this reason.

Let us know of your return before sending so that we can expect its arrival. Please include the original packing slip.

NOTE: Returns are not accepted for Special Orders, DVD’s, CD’s or other digital media.

Digital Media

CD's and DVD's are guaranteed to run on Windows 98, Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7. Most media should also run on Macintosh systems although we cannot guarantee this. If known compatibility is limited to certain operating systems and/or browsers, it will listed under the individual product's description. Please note we are not able to offer tech support for any digital media and we do not accept returns on CD's or DVD's.


We realize that complications sometimes arise during a transaction. Maybe you hit the wrong button and your order disappeared. Maybe your credit card has been denied. If for whatever reason complications have arisen, please e-mail us at service@factoryrepairmanuals.com. We will make sure you receive the product you intended to order. This is true even if the product you intended to order shows up as either out of stock or just plain not there when you go to order it again.
